This seems to be a feature in OpenAL implementation of OS X. We do not have a quick fix for this problem. This means that when a short gun sounds ends up in a new channel it will fade in the start of the sound and lose some of its kick. Mainly it will fade in new sound channels. However, on OS X it has some undesirable features. We chose OpenAL as the sound API for OS X as we've used it on iOS and it works great. This might yield successful results in some cases. Please try adding your desired resolution in the resolution list in the OSX section. If you change that, everything will get really messed up. That value is the reference coordinate space the game uses. However, if you decide to hack the game, avoid changing the reference resolution setting. This is because there's a lot of behind the scenes stuff going on with retina display support and such. I hope these issues get fixed as it is difficult to play without a progress bar.Ĭustom resolutions are not officially supported on the OS X. I tried changing it back but the above issues remain. Audio is further messed up, specifically gunfire not playing clearly and mostly playing in the right speaker. Also the gun currently in use is blank even with new weapon drops.Ģ. It reads at the top current level/progress and the rest of the bar is empty. The progress bar does not display my score/progress of the level.
